Introducing Reinforced plastics to Jordan

 Founded by Engineer Farouk F. Abu-Hamdan in 1979 .

The factory’s first line of production was the GRP water tanks. & corrugated sheets as well as concrete waffle 

molds. ASPI became the major supplier of GRP products and playground equipment to the Jordanian market as well as neighboring Arab countries .

Started producing several custom made GRP products and formed a special team for corrosion control which did on site lining of steel tanks , pipes and concrete tanks .

Installed a Filament Winding production line to produce GRP tanks and pipes and became the main supplier of GRP pontoons( Harvester Floaters) for the floating pipe lines at the Jordanian Potash company. 

Started producing Glass Reinforced concrete  GRC and executed many major projects in Jordan including the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman.

New production lines one for the continuous production of corrugated and flat sheets and the other for polyethylene products such as high capacity water tanks as well as storage containers.

ASPI started manufacturing inground swimming pools as well as above ground Fiber Glass Pools maintaining the quality standards that has always been top priority for us .
